Store Policy

We stand by the quality of our designs. We hope that you will wear and enjoy your pieces for years to come. We appreciate our customers who shop small and honor limited edition pieces and support independent designers. 


All returned items will be issued a store credit to be redeemed online. Customers in the New York area are welcome to make appointments to view merchandise in our workshop.


If you find there is any defect with a purchase, notify us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. 


If you bought something from us at the Grand Central Holiday Fair, you may return items within 7 days to the Fair for store credit. If the Fair has ended we will process the exchange via UPS, but you must notify us within 7 days in order for the credit to be offered.
